For years, we ran a conversion optimization agency. We delivered results. But the model was broken — slow, opaque, expensive. So we built the system we wished we'd had.

I started Northpeak because I believed that most DTC and SaaS brands were leaving significant revenue on the table — not because their products weren't good, but because nobody was systematically testing what worked.

We ran experiments, delivered audits, made decks. And clients got results. But the model never fully worked. Each engagement started from zero. Learnings disappeared when the contract ended. Testing happened at agency speed, not internet speed.

The agencies charged $10–25K/month. The SaaS tools were self-serve but required a PhD to interpret. The in-house option meant hiring someone whose first 90 days were spent building infrastructure, not running tests.

None of those options compounded. That's what I set out to fix.
